became UK & Ireland Champions in Cardiff.
They defeated Northern Ireland, host nation,
Wales & defending champions, Scotland, to
re-claim the title which they last won two years
ago. Wales were 3rd and Northern Ireland 4th. Team Results

Pawsey won the Individual Championship, beating
fellow Englishman, Steve Hawkins, 4-0 in the
Final. Pawsey was on hot form all the way
through, brushing aside most of his opponents
